– 3/4 cup (93g) chopped roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted, depending on your preference)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover baking sheets with parchment or silicone. Mix flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Set aside.
Step 1
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat butter, brown sugar, and sugar until frothy using a medium-speed electric mixer. After adding each egg, stir well. Mix in vanilla.
Step 2
Lower mixer speed. Add the flour mixture slowly, mixing until a few flour streaks remain. Add chocolate chips, pretzels, peanuts, and toffee bits.
Step 3
I use a #20 scoop to drop 3-tablespoon amounts of dough onto prepared pans. Flatten each top slightly. Add a pinch of coarse salt to each cookie.
Step 4
One pan at a time, bake 14–16 minutes until rims are browned and centers are firm. Refrigerate leftover dough between batches.
Step 5
Cool pans on wire racks for 5 minutes. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling.
