These Strawberry M&M Cookies look great and taste great. This is a great gift to give to your Valentine!
INGREDIENTS
– 2 & 1/2 cups (300g) all-purpose flour– 1 & 1/2 teaspoons baking powder– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda– 1/4 teaspoon salt– 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened– 8 ounces (226g) cream cheese, at room temperature– 1 & 1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar– 1/2 cup (46g) ground freeze-dried strawberries– 1 large egg– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract– 1/2 cup M&Ms– 1/4 cup white chocolate chips– sprinkles, for garnish
Mix flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Set aside. Beat butter and cream cheese on medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Step 1

Stir in sugar and strawberries. Stir in egg and vanilla. Lower the mixer speed. Add the flour mixture slowly, mixing just until combined or a few flour streaks remain.
Step 2
Mix in M&Ms and white chocolate chips. If desired, reserve some add-ins to top portioned cookies before baking.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate dough for 1 hour or overnight. Heat the oven to 350°F. Cover baking sheets with parchment or silicone.
Step 4
Roll 2 tablespoons of dough into balls and place on prepared pans. Flatten each cookie to 1/2-inch height. Add any reserved cookie toppings now. Sprinkle jimmies or quins if desired.
Step 5
One pan at a time, bake the cookies for 12–15 minutes until lightly browned and set. Keep leftover dough refrigerated between baking batches.
Step 6
Place pans on wire racks. Add sprinkles now if desired. Transfer the cookies from the pan to a wire rack to finish cooling after 5 minutes.
