Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

This easy-to-make Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie is great for sharing or eating alone. Simply made, you can make dough whenever you want!
INGREDIENTS
– 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/8 teaspoon salt
– 3 tablespoons (42g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
– 3 tablespoons (38g) firmly packed light brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
– 1 tablespoon lightly beaten egg*
– 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 3 to 4 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
Heat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with silicone or parchment. Mix flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Set aside.

INSTRUCTIONS
Melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar should be mixed well. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
Step 2
Mix the flour mixture into the butter mixture until combined or a few flour streaks remain. Mix in chocolate chips.
Step 3
Form the dough into a 1-1/2-inch tall, round cookie on the prepared pan with your hands. (The cookie spreads during baking.)
Step 4
Bake until edges are golden brown and center is set or almost set, 16–20 minutes. Cool the pan on a wire rack before serving.
