Sweets and Cream Cookies Cheesy dessert they have a flavor that is tempting, they are sweet, and they are soft.
INGREDIENTS
– 2 & 1/2 cups (300g) all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
– 8 ounces (227g) cream cheese, at room temperature
– 1 & 1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar
– 2 large egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 & 1/2 cups roughly chopped cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies*
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover baking sheets with parchment or silicone. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix butter, cream cheese, and sugar using a medium-speed electric mixer. After adding each egg, stir well. Mix in vanilla.
Step 2
Lower mixer speed. Add flour mixture slowly, mixing just until incorporated. Mix in chopped cookies.
Step 3
Drop dough into prepared pans using a #40 scoop (1 1/2 tablespoons), leaving 2 inches between cookies.
Step 4
Once per pan, bake 12-15 minutes until edges are gently browned. Cookies don't brown like regular ones. Refrigerate dough between batches.
Step 5
Cool cookies on wire racks for 5 minutes. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling.
