3-ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

The 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies are incredibly simple to create. Perfect for homemade cookies without spending all afternoon in the kitchen!  


– 1 cup (255g) creamy peanut butter* – 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar – 1 large egg

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover baking sheets with parchment or silicone. Peanut butter, sugar, and egg should be mixed. Mix by hand or with an electric mixer.  

Step 1 


Form balls using a tablespoon of dough at a time. Place each cookie on the prepared pans, leaving 2 inches between them.  

Step 2

Make cross-hatch patterns on the cookies after flattening them with a fork.  

Step 3

Bake one pan at a time for 8–10 minutes until the sides are gently browned and the centers are firm.  

Step 4

Cool the pan on a wire rack for 5–10 minutes. Then carefully remove the cookies from the pan to cool on a wire rack.
