No-bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

It's really quick and easy to make these classic peanut butter cookies, and they taste great too!
INGREDIENTS
– 1 & 1/2 cups (300g) firmly packed light or dark brown sugar
– 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter
– 1/2 cup (118ml) milk
– 1 cup (255g) creamy peanut butter
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon salt*
– 3 cups (297g) old-fashioned rolled oat
Prepare baking sheets with parchment. Set aside.
Step 1
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine brown sugar, milk, and butter in a big saucepan. Melt butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Heat to medium-high and boil. Boil 1 minute.** Add peanut butter, vanilla, and salt to the pan after removing it from heat. Stir smooth.
Step 3
Mix in oats. Drop tablespoonfuls into prepared pans, allowing an inch between cookies. Place in fridge for 1 hour to set.
