Chocolate Vanilla Marbled Biscotti are a tasty cookie that you can dunk in coffee that combines chocolate and vanilla.
INGREDIENTS
– 2 & 1/4 cups (270g) all-purpose flour– 1 teaspoon baking powder– 1/2 teaspoon salt– 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened– 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar– 1/4 cup (50g) firmly packed light brown sugar– 2 large egg– 1 & 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract– 1/4 cup (21g) unsweetened natural cocoa powder
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with silicone or parchment. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Step 1

Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar until frothy with a medium-speed electric mixer. After adding each egg, stir well. Mix in vanilla.
Step 2
Lower the mixer speed. Add flour mixture slowly, mixing just until incorporated. Cut dough in half. Mix chocolate powder into one dough part.
Step 3
Put the chocolate dough in the pan. Form the dough into a 3 & 1/2” wide, 3/8” tall rectangle. For easier shaping, powder your fingertips. The dough will be sticky.
Step 4
Put vanilla dough on chocolate dough. Cover chocolate dough. Finish the rectangle at 3 & 1/2” wide and 3/4” height.
Step 5
Start folding the dough into thirds from a short end, like a letter. Shape dough into rectangles. about 3 1/2" wide and 3/4" height. Repeat if desired.
Step 6
Bake 25 minutes. Let the pan cool for 10 minutes (or until the dough is handleable). Use parchment paper to transfer biscotti to a cutting board. Crosswise slice biscotti 3/4".
Step 7
Use new parchment paper or silicone to line the baking sheet. Lay biscotti cut-side down on the pan.
Step 8
Bake 18–22 minutes until golden. Let pan cool for 10 minutes. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling.
